A new four-star Ramada hotel is set to be constructed in Istanbul’s Kadıköy district, representing an investment of 191.742 million TL by Reisler Turizm Otelcilik A.Ş. The hotel, which will operate under the name 'Ramada Hotel Kadıköy,' is planned for parcel number 50 on block 1196 in the Eğitim (Tuğlacı Başı) neighborhood. The project entails demolishing an existing building on the site and erecting a new structure, which will include three basement levels, a ground floor, and a total of 15 floors including the rooftop.
The hotel will house 109 rooms, offering modern amenities and services expected of the Ramada brand. The initiation of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process by the Directorate General of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit and Inspection, affiliated with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, marks a significant preparatory step for the development. This new establishment aims to enhance the hospitality offerings in one of Istanbul’s most vibrant districts.
