Akfen Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (Akfen GYO), which operates 19 hotels, 2 student dormitories, office buildings, factories, and holiday resorts both in Türkiye and abroad, has reported a significant increase in the value of its portfolio. The company's portfolio, which includes ongoing projects covering a total area of 124,072 square meters, saw its value rise by 20% over six months, reaching 689 million euros according to mid-term valuation results.

Speaking on the matter, Akfen GYO General Manager Ece Demirpençe stated, "The value of our portfolio has shown a significant increase thanks to our strategic investments and strong stance in the real estate sector. By diversifying our portfolio, we minimize investment risks and create a more balanced structure by investing in different segments. We will continue to work towards providing the highest returns to our investors."

Demirpençe also noted that this increase in portfolio value brings Akfen GYO closer to its goal of offering investors broader opportunities through projects in various segments. "By making sustainable and profitable investments in the real estate sector, we will continue to contribute to both our country and our investors," she added.

With interim real estate valuation reports prepared by Smart Corporate Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc., the total value of Akfen GYO's assets has exceeded 24 billion Turkish liras.
