The parking fees at Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport have increased by a record rate. With the new increases, the parking lots at the two airports have increased to 170-180 lira per hour and 515-540 lira per day.
According to the news on Hava Social Media, the new tariffs will seriously affect the parking costs of vehicle owners. It did not escape attention that the increase rate at Sabiha Gökçen Airport's parking lots is higher than the increase rate at Istanbul Airport's parking lots.
Istanbul Airport Current Parking Fees and Increase Rates:
0-1 Hour: 180₺ ( %100)
1-3 Hour: 220₺ ( %100)
3-6 Hour: 330₺ ( %100)
6-12 Hour: 400₺ ( %100)
12-24 Hour: 540₺ ( %100)
Sabiha Gökçen Airport Current Parking Fees and Increase Rates:
0-1 Hour: 170₺ ( %113)
1-3 Hour: 210₺ ( %110)
3-6 Hour: 315₺ ( %110)
6-12 Hour: 380₺ ( %111)
12-24 Hour: 515₺ ( %110)
Monthly price of parking lots in Istanbul Airport also increased by 100 percent and reached to 6,910 lira, while price in Sabiha Gökçen Airport increased by 112 percent to 6,565 lira.
