The 2024 selection for Istanbul-Izmir-Bodrum was revealed. The event, which took place at the Zorlu Performing Arts Center, added 58 new restaurants to the 2024 selection. Of these, 15 are from Izmir, 19 from Bodrum, and the rest are from Istanbul.
With the announced restaurants, a total of 111 restaurants from Türkiye are now featured in the Michelin Guide.
In the new selection, Vino Locale, Od Urla, Teruar Urla, Arkestra, Sankai by Nagaya, Maça Kızı and Kitchen restaurants were awarded 1 Michelin Star.
Restaurants that received 1 Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide 2023, such as Araka, Mikla, Neolokal and Nicole, 2 Michelin Star recipient Turk Fatih Tutak maintained their stars.
From the selected restaurants, Ayşa Boşnak Börekçisi, Beğendik Abi, Adil Müftüoğlu, Aida, Otantik Ocakbaşı, Fauna, Circle by Vertical, La Mahzen, İnari Omakase, Foxy Nişantaşı, Tavacı Recep Usta, Efendy, The Red Balloon, Ayda, İki Sandal, Hiç Lokanta received the Bib Gourmand award.
The Green Star Award, given for a pioneering approach to sustainable gastronomy, was awarded to Circle by Vertical, Hiç Lokanta, Od Urla and Vino Locale.
The Michelin Young Chef Award went to Chef Ulaş Durmaz of The Red Balloon, and the Sommelier Award was won by Seray Kumbasar of Vino Locale. The Michelin Service Award, presented by Mastercard, went to Tuğra Restaurant.
Recommended restaurant operations added to the Michelin Guide include Hakkasan Istanbul, Saku, Ruby, Lokanta Göktürk, Eleos Yeşilköy, Aşeka, Avlu, Gallada, İtsumi, Seraf Vadi, Roka, Akira Back, Borsa Restoran, Foxy Nişantaşı and Vogue Restoran from Istanbul. From Izmir, Amavi, Sota Alaçatı, Levan, Pizza Venedik, Kasap Fuat and İsabey Bağevi were recommended. From Bodrum, Orkide Balık, Kısmet Lokantası, Orfoz Restoran, Loft Elia, Zuma Bodrum, İsola Manzara, Tuti, Sait, Kurul Bitez, Hakkasan Bodrum, Bağarası, Malva, Sia Eli, Ent Restoran and Dereköy Lokantası were among the recommended establishments.
