We plan to launch sales at a price of around 7 million TL, with the total project investment estimated at 450 million TL.”

In addition, a 3,000-square-meter wellness center will offer various health services, including hair transplantation and ozone therapy, led by Lale Yekmen, President of the World Ozone Federation.
