Elite World GO Van Edremit opens its doors. Elite World Hotels & Resorts, one of Türkiye’s leading hotel chains, has inaugurated its second hotel in Van and the tenth in the chain. The opening ceremony of Elite World GO Van Edremit was attended by officials from Van and Edremit, including Elite World Hotels & Resorts Executive Board Chairman Vedat Elik, Board Member Emel Elik Bezaroğlu, CEO Orkun Petekçi, and Süerler Group Chairman Ali Süer.

Focused on tourism needs

As part of the chain’s franchise growth strategy, the hotel was invested in by Süerler Group, addressing the city's tourism needs. The hotel features 32 rooms, meeting rooms with strong technological infrastructure for business travelers, and the Elite Marin Restaurant, which aims to offer the finest seafood dishes of Turkish cuisine to local guests.

Meeting economic accommodation needs

The hotel, which overlooks Lake Van, is designed for both business and leisure stays. With Türkiye’s policies to diversify tourism, Van aims to attract more domestic tourists while also drawing significant interest from neighboring countries like Iran.

Promoting Van’s Breakfast

Elite World is also promoting the cultural heritage of Van breakfast through the “From Yesterday to Today: Iconic Flavors of Van Breakfast” project, contributing to Turkish tourism.

Future expansion plans

Elite World GO Van Edremit, the first hotel under the Elite World GO brand, represents the chain's 10th hotel. The 11th hotel, Elite World Kuşadası, will open in June. The chain’s first international hotel, Elite World Grand Yamoussoukro, will open in Ivory Coast in 2026.
