A 3-star hotel will be built by Edesay Real Estate Construction Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company on a land of 2 thousand 496 square meters located on island 1548, parcel 62, in Şişli District of Istanbul's Şişli district, with an investment of 465 million 747 thousand TL.
The construction of the 24-storey and 240-room hotel is planned to be completed within 2 years.
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change decided that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is not required for the hotel project.
