Born in Izmir, Kadayıfcı graduated from Dokuz Eylül University's Faculty of Business, majoring in Tourism Management in 2006. He completed his final year of undergraduate studies in Hotel Management at Université de Savoie in France. Over his career, he has held senior strategic positions in sales and marketing, business development, and sales channels at several top-tier hotel chains in Türkiye.
Before joining Divan Group, Kadayıfcı held executive positions at notable establishments such as Sanasaryan Han, A Luxury Collection Hotel, JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea, Hilton Istanbul Bakırköy, Doubletree By Hilton Istanbul Moda, The Marmara Collection, The Marmara Pera & Şişli, Le Meridien Istanbul, Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, and Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus.
