Alarko GYO stated that the 325-room Hillside Bodrum Hotel and Resort, to be constructed on a 42,000 square meter plot in Bodrum, will be financed by a €30 million loan from the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye.
The statement from Alarko GYO reads as follows:
"At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Alarko Real Estate Investment Company on June 28, 2024, it was decided to sign a contract with the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye for a €30 million loan with a five-year term. This loan will be used to finance the investment in our tourism facility located in Gündoğan, Bodrum, Muğla Province, which is part of our portfolio."
