The Harlek Hotel, located in the Ilıca thermal springs of Kütahya and previously the subject of various complaints to the Kütahya Municipality, has been shut down.

Recently, the Kütahya Municipality made a statement regarding the termination of the Harlek Thermal Hotel's contract, highlighting complaints about the operation. The statement noted that the Ilıca Hotel Harlek closed due to persistent complaints from citizens, the company's failure to fulfill its contractual obligations, and ongoing operational issues. The statement also mentioned that legal proceedings are ongoing, and the public will be informed accordingly.

According to a report from local media, after thorough investigations and uations, the Harlek Hotel was permanently sealed for failing to obtain the "Tourism Operation Certificate" from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism due to its inability to comply with the relevant legal provisions.
